利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社URAKU（以下「当社」）が提供するPomoCare（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用する際は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの概要

本アプリは、ポモドーロ・テクニックに基づいたフォーカスタイマーアプリです。集中時間の計測、休憩管理、セッション統計などの機能を提供します。

2. 利用条件

• 無料版の利用にあたり、アカウント登録は不要です。
• 有料版（Standard / Pro）の利用には、Googleアカウント等による認証が必要です。
• 本アプリは個人の生産性向上を目的として提供されます。
• ユーザーは、本アプリを法令および本規約に従って利用するものとします。

3. 料金プラン

• 無料版: 基本機能を無料で利用できます。広告が表示される場合があります。
• Standard（月額制）: すべての機能が利用可能な月額サブスクリプションプランです。
• Pro（買い切り）: すべての機能を一括購入で永久に利用可能なプランです。

有料プランの価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。購入済みのプランには影響しません。

4. 返金ポリシー

各アプリストア（Google Play、Microsoft Store）の返金ポリシーに従います。詳細は各ストアの利用規約をご確認ください。

5. データの管理

• 無料版: 本アプリで生成されるデータはすべてユーザーのデバイスに保存されます。当社はユーザーのデータにアクセスしません。
• 有料版: クラウド同期機能を利用する場合、データは当社のサーバーにも保存されます。ユーザーはアプリ内の設定からクラウド同期を無効にすることができます。

いずれの場合も、データの管理はユーザーの責任において行われます。

6. アカウントの管理

• 有料版のユーザーは、自身のアカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。
• アカウントの削除を希望する場合、アプリ内の設定画面またはsupport@pomocare.comへご連絡ください。
• アカウント削除に伴い、クラウド上のすべてのデータが削除されます。削除されたデータは復元できません。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、信頼性について保証しません。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は法律上の請求原因の如何を問わず、一切の責任を負いません。
• デバイスの故障、ブラウザのデータ消去等によるデータの損失について、当社は責任を負いません。

8. 知的財産権

本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権は当社に帰属します。ユーザーは、当社の許可なく本アプリの一部または全部を複製、改変、配布することはできません。

9. 規約の変更

当社は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

10. 準拠法・管轄裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of PomoCare ("the App") provided by URAKU & CO. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The App is a focus timer application based on the Pomodoro Technique. It provides features including focus time tracking, break management, and session statistics.

2. Usage Conditions

• No account registration is required for the free version.
• Paid versions (Standard / Pro) require authentication via Google or other supported providers.
• The App is provided for personal productivity purposes.
• Users must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Pricing Plans

• Free: Basic features available at no cost. Ads may be displayed.
• Standard (Monthly): A monthly subscription plan with all features unlocked.
• Pro (One-time): A one-time purchase for permanent access to all features.

Pricing for paid plans may change without notice. Existing purchases will not be affected.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds follow the policies of the respective app stores (Google Play, Microsoft Store). Please refer to each store's terms for details.

5. Data Management

• Free Version: All data generated within the App is stored on the user's device. We do not access user data.
• Paid Versions: When cloud sync is enabled, data is also stored on our servers. Users can disable cloud sync in the App's settings.

In all cases, users are responsible for managing their own data.

6. Account Management

• Paid version users are responsible for properly managing their account credentials.
• To delete your account, use the in-app settings or contact support@pomocare.com.
• Account deletion will permanently remove all cloud data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, browser data clearing, or similar events.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
